We ship internationally.

The cost of international shipping is determined by location and shipping method.  You will see the cost to your location in the checkout before you finalize your order.
For your convenience, International Checkout provides pre-pay Duties and Taxes to many locations. That way, you avoid customs delays and you will not be responsible to pay anything when your order arrives.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

From 2 to 6 weeks should be allowed for delivery of Goods.

Lil’gaea is not responsible for any damage to the furniture damaged during transportation. If anything is missing particularly hardware, please let us know by mail  info@lilgaea.com

COMPLAINTS AND DEFICIENCIES

The buyer is obliged to inspect the consignment immediately upon receipt. Complaints and/or visible transport damages, if any, shall be specified on the delivery note/waybill immediately upon receipt of the goods and shall be reported to the carrier, which insured the Goods immediately.

Complaints of defects and deficiencies shall be made in writing and received by LIL’gaea no later than 5 days from the date of receipt.

Once the risk of the goods has passed to the buyer, LIL’gaea is no longer responsible for any damage that may occur, with the exception of the liability stipulated in these general sales and delivery conditions.

LIL’gaea cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses, e.g. loss of profits or loss due to time factors, which the buyer may have suffered as a consequence of defects and deficiencies.
The buyer has no right to return the goods without LIL’gaea’s approval.
When returning goods these must be adequately packaged otherwise it will not be accepted.
