What does the furniture warranty cover?
Our furniture is under warranty for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Deformations caused by user error are not covered.
How can I maintain the material of my furniture?
We recommend using a soft cloth, dry or wet. If desired, a liquid soap formulated specifically for wood, with reduced water effect and pH balance, can be used. Avoid using acidic products, solvents and ammonia.
What should I pay attention to to protect the furniture?
Keep away from sunlight to prevent permanent fading of finish and color.
Periodic maintenance and cleaning helps preserve the original appearance of the products and increase their durability.
Can I use the furniture outdoors?
Do not use products outdoors unless specified as “Outdoor”
Is it normal for my furniture to have different tones?
Wood is a natural material. There may be slight differences between products. They are not considered as a defect, but as a natural material.

Wall Decoration
How can we apply wall stickers and paper?
Wall decal application is very easy. You can wipe your wall surface, remove the decal and stick it on a dry and clean surface.
Ask your master for help with the application of our wallpapers. You can watch the application video by scanning the QR code on your package. Wall panels should overlap by 15 mm. Your master completes the pattern and then cuts. We recommend working with experienced masters.
The patterns on our wallpaper do not follow each other, what should I do?
The pattern follow-ups are combined when placed on top of each other by 15 mm. If you think the pattern does not hold, definitely do not apply it to your wall. Send us the photos directly and ask for help.
Application error is not covered by warranty.
Are the wallpapers certified?
Yes, it has Greenguard certification. Your paper breathes, your walls breathe. It is non-toxic.
We are moving, can I get our paper?
Yes, you can call your wallpaper artist and ask him to wet your paper and remove it. You can apply it to a different wall over and over again and remove it whenever you want. Be careful, if it is not wetted, it may tear.
